Haircare Haulin'

Last week Priceline held one of their famous 40% off sales and this time the target was haircare. I'm not usually the biggest haircare fanatic but I did recently blog about ramping up the haircare anti so this came at the perfect time for me. I took the opportunity to stock up on mainly treatments but also some styling products. My Sister Club reward voucher was pulled in to action bringing the total for this haircare bounty down to a mere $32- bargain!

First up my target was nourishment. Nourished hair means good things in my book so hair masks were the go. L'Oreal Elvive's Re-Nutrition was quickly added to the basket thanks to my love of their Extraordinary Oil. Sunsilk's Addictive Brillant Shine Deep Nourishing Mask (which I can't seem to find a link for anywhere- sorry!) and Dove's Heat Defence were added in for good measure having never heard much about them before. VO5's Hot Oil Treatment was thrown in after hearing a fair few rave reviews from British bloggers plus it's an interesting concept I'm rather intrigued by.

Nourishment aside, next on the agenda was volume boosting and texture tousling. Texture wise I opted for VO5's Give Me Texture shampoo and conditioner combo with bonus heat defence (never a bad addition in my book). On the volume front I was drawn to John Freida's Luxurious Volume range and picked up the Root Booster Blow Dry Lotion, which is more of a spritz, and the Volume Refresh Dry Shampoo designed to refresh your hair during the day.

Nourished, volumised and textured locks here I come. Expect to see reviews soon!
