Highstreet Haulin' #3

Priceline is currently holding one of their famous 40% off all cosmetics sales, how am I meant to resist that? With my last three posts all being a little highstreet-centric you know I'm not afraid to seek out the goods on a budget. A few budget friendly offerings were sat on my beauty wishlist so what better time to snap them up than now? Here's the bits and pieces I needed to repurchase, have had on my wishlist for a while or simply couldn't resist when faced with the heavily discounted price tag.

Revlon Colourstay Normal/Dry Skin- You've heard me sing it's praise round these parts many a time before and the end of my current bottle meant a repurchase was on the cards.

L'Oreal True Match Foundation- Rumoured to be a high street dupe of the ever popular Georgio Armani Luminous Silk I could not resist. Buildable coverage and the right mix of dewy and matte is what my research has revealed, this could definitely be one for the hall of fame.

Bourjois 1 Second Nail Polish- Raved about for their impressive formula and easy application plus they've got some amazing shades. Another one I just couldn't resist and thought the shade Red would be perfect for Autumn/Winter.

Sally Hansen Triple Shine- I'm really feeling rose gold at the moment and think this would look lovely as an accent nail. The shade is 320 Dream Sequins.

Maybelline Chic Naturals Palette Designer Chocolates- This little palette caught my eye due to the 'crease' colour. It's such a gorgeous shade for Autumn, a more tame version of Rimmel's Brixton Brown.

Essence Sparkling Effect Shadow- I've heard that Essence is a pretty amazing brand given it's low price point so wanted to give some bits a try. This particular shadow is a lovely shimmery copper shade called Skeye and Sand.

Essence Long Lasting Lip Stick- Again because I wanted to try some bits from the brand. I love this colour (Coral Calling) and when swatched it looked super pigmented. I could be on to something here.

The sale is only on today and tomorrow (11th and 12th March) so get in store ASAP! Let me know what bargains you've picked up.

  2. I have been eyeing that Sally Hansen nail polish for quite some time now! Seeing it in this haul makes me want it even more. Every time I go into a drugstore, I stare at it for a good five minutes before my boyfriend finally pulls me away from it, haha!

  5. Curious about the True Match foundation! I have the illuminating one (lumi magique i think it's called) but the coverage is very sheer. I'm looking for something with more coverage.
