The Christmas Eve Pamper

Nothing beats a good ol' pamper night and what better time to treat yourself than Christmas? Time to run a bath, pull out your most luxurious bath time treats and primp and preen for the big day ahead. My night will consist of a Lush bath, some super hydration, a mini facial and an early night, bliss.

I'll be starting with running a nice warm bath and dropping in this bath bomb from Lush. Full of mandarin oil, bergamot oil and orange blossom creating not only a delicious, fruity, slightly festive scent, but also great for nourishing and toning the skin. One I haven't used before but is meant to fill the tub with both red and green, the perfect festive treat. Before jumping in I'll give my face a quick cleanse with Emma Hardie's Amazing Face Cleansing Balm to remove all traces of makeup.

After a relaxing bath and hair wash with the usual Tr├ęsemme duo, it's time to take care of the hair to ensure minimum effort is required tomorrow. A few spritzes of Sexy Healthy Hair Soy Renewal Beach Spray for some volume and texture and a blast with the hair dryer and I'm done. A quick poof up in the morning and I will be good to go.

After a nice warm bath, pores are open and your skin is ready to receive whatever goodness you want to throw at it. I'll be reaching for my Ren Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask to ensure glowing skin for the inevitable family photo tomorrow. A cult favourite in the beauty world, full of chemical exfoliants to reveal a new, revitalised you. Well, revitalised skin at least. Once removed I'll add a good dose of Pai's Bioregenerate Rosehip Oil to add even more glow.

Post bath is also a great time to tame the brows as skin is nice and soft. I'll be making the most of these ideal conditions to pluck any stray hairs and ensure the brows are in tip top shape.  I'll be finishing off the night with a spritz of my Caudalie Divine Oil to ramp up the hydration before slipping into my favourite Christmas pajamas and snuggling up under the sheets. The perfect prep for my favourite holiday.

  1. That is the cutest Father Christmas face ever! XD Even though I absolutely adore Lush, the faces that their soaps have sometimes scare me. :D
