New in from Innoxa

Innoxa isn't a brand I've heard too much about so when some products from them landed on my desk I carried out some research. Originating in France back in 1920, the brand has since been creating a range of skincare and beauty goodies all around the world, 100% cruelty free. I've been trialling a couple of their new products; the Skin Perfecting 5 in 1 Illuminating BB Creme*, Skin Perfecting 5 in 1 Bronzing BB Creme* and Skin Perfecting Pore Vanishing Cream*.

First up, the BB Creme's. Available in two shades, bronzing and illuminating, these are designed to even skin tone whilst promoting a smooth, hydrated complexion. I don't use these all over the face like a traditional BB cream as I feel it would be way too glowy for my oily skin type. Instead I apply lightly in the places you'd traditionally apply your highlighter and bronzer. I particularly love using the bronzing shade to warm up my complexion whilst also adding some subtle shimmer. It also works well mixed into your winter foundation to make it a more appropriate shade for the coming summer months (if you're in the Southern hemisphere).

The illuminating shade is actually quite bronzing on my pale skin tone so I'd say if you're pale, opt for this one, and for the more bronzed amongst us, opt for the bronzing shade. I use my Real Techniques Contour Brush to apply both as I find it's small enough to get the product just where you want it, but also fluffy enough to blend. Both shades blend really easily into the skin and leave me looking fresh faced and glowing, dewy summer bronzed makeup here I come.

I don't feel that I have a major problem with large pores so was completely blown away by how much I've enjoyed using the Pore Vanishing Cream. It's quite an orange, earthy brown coloured cream which I was very skeptical about using on my pale skin, however it's undetectable once blended in. It really does help smooth over any large pores or imperfections leaving a perfect base for foundation. I used this in place of a primer, applying with my fingers focusing on the centre of my face. It's pretty pricey for such a small tube ($17.95 for 10ml) however if large pores are really an issue for you, I'd definitely recommend giving it a go.

You can check out more from Innoxa here and Aussie girls, Myer currently has a very tempting gift with purchase for all Innoxa orders over $35, loosen those purse strings.
